Rx. Rehmanniae Preparata Shu Di Huang 9-30g Nourishes the Blood Nourishes Liver and Kidney Yin.
Hb. Pyrrolae Lu Xian Cao 9-30g Dispels Wind-Dampness, strengthens the sinews and bones and invigorates Blood circulation.
With Yin Yang Huo, Gui Sui Bu and Ji Xue Teng, for bone spurs.
Rz. Drynariae Gu Sui Bu 6-21g Tonifies Kidney Yang, strengthens the sinews and bones and invigorates the Blood.
Hb. Cistanches Rou Cong Rong 6-21g Tonifies the Kidneys and strengthens Yang.
Caulis Spatholobi
 Ji Xue Teng 9-20g Invigorates and tonifies the Blood, activates the channels and relaxes the sinews.
